Molton Brown’s 2026 advent calendar, Decadent Delights, costs £225 for 24 treats with a stated worth of £435. It holds eight eaux de parfum (including a 30ml Fiery Pink Pepper), a limited-edition fragrance travel case, bath and shower gels, body creams, hand care, a shampoo and conditioner, a Vitamin Lipsaver and two candles. Molton Brown describes the calendar as “chocolate box-inspired”: a round burgundy box that opens like a pair of doors around 24 numbered drawers, wrapped with an oversized bow. The brand says it mixes all-season icons with festive limited-edition fragrances, and the whole calendar is vegan and made in the UK, according to Selfridges.

It is closer to a bodycare calendar than a perfume one. Eight of the 24 doors are fragrance, but the bulk of the box is 100ml bath, hand and hair care, which you will use up over the winter rather than keep on a shelf.

What we think

At £225, each door costs about £9.40, and the stated worth is just under twice the price. The 30ml Fiery Pink Pepper is the standout: a proper bottle you can keep in your bag, with the travel case to carry it. Seven 7.5ml minis then let you try most of the house’s best-known scents before committing to a full bottle.

The catch is repetition. Many scents come back two or three times (Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel appears as a perfume, body cream, shampoo and conditioner), so you meet fewer new fragrances than there are doors. That is lovely for layering, less exciting if you want a surprise every morning. Molton Brown does not describe any of the products as full size, so judge the box on the 100ml formats and the 30ml perfume.
