The Perfume Shop advent calendar 2026: YSL Libre behind one of 24 doors for £99, with only 7,000 made

The Perfume Shop’s 2026 advent calendar costs £99 for 24 doors: 23 doors of designer fragrance minis, from YSL Libre and Mugler Angel Fantasm to Versace Eros Najim and Rabanne Invictus Elixir, plus a silver Travalo travel spray. The retailer puts the stated worth at £220, says only 7,000 calendars have been made, and gives £5 from each one to Look Good Feel Better. On 17 October 2026, the Perfume Shop advent calendar page showed it in stock at £99.

It is one of the most affordable ways to sample big-name perfume this Christmas, and last year’s edition sold out in weeks. Here is the full list, what each door costs, and who it suits.

A limited run, and a good cause

The calendar is exclusive to The Perfume Shop, which describes itself as the UK’s largest specialist perfume retailer. It went on sale in late September, after a waitlist that the retailer says showed “great demand”, and its press release says last year’s calendar “sold out in just weeks”. This year’s run is capped at 7,000.

Gill Smith, Managing Director at The Perfume Shop, says the aim was “to make every door feel like a new scent discovery”. The keepsake box, in burgundy with a green “Merry Spritzmas” panel on the front, is designed to be reused for storage once December is over.

According to The Perfume Shop’s official product information sheet, the 24 doors hold:

• Lancôme: La Vie Est Belle eau de parfum, 4ml.
• Carolina Herrera: Good Girl Jasmine Absolute eau de parfum, 7ml.
• Estée Lauder: Bronze Goddess eau de parfum, 10ml.
• Jean Paul Gaultier: La Favorite eau de parfum, 6ml.
• Rabanne: Million Red For Her parfum, 5ml.
• Marc Jacobs: Perfect eau de parfum, 5ml.
• Issey Miyake: Lumière d’Issey eau de parfum, 10ml.
• Versace: Emerald eau de parfum, 5ml.
• Versace: Blush Pink eau de parfum, 5ml.
• Billie Eilish: Eilish and Eilish No.2 rollerball duo, 2 x 6ml.

What we think

At £99 for 24 doors, each one costs about £4.13, and the £220 stated worth is a little over twice the price. Add up the bottles and there is 155ml of fragrance inside, mostly 4ml to 10ml, so you will get several days of wear from each one rather than a single spritz.

The line-up is pleasingly broad. On the feminine side, YSL Libre, La Vie Est Belle, Good Girl Jasmine Absolute and Bronze Goddess are household names, while the masculine picks (Le Sel d’Issey, Invictus Elixir, Eros Najim, 1 Million Black) make it a calendar a couple could genuinely share. The 10ml bottles, including Bronze Goddess, Le Sel d’Issey and Lumière d’Issey, are the most useful. The Travalo is a smart extra: it lets you carry a little of whichever new favourite you find.

The trade-off is that these are mainstream designer scents rather than niche discoveries, and many perfume lovers will already own one or two. If you want rarer houses, this is not the calendar for you.

Who is it for?

It will suit anyone who wants to try a lot of popular perfumes for under £100, couples who can split the doors, and gift buyers who want a fragrance present without picking a single scent. It is also a sensible way to find your next full bottle before the January sales.
