Jewellery advent calendars have had a busy week. Joma Jewellery’s sell-out 12 Days of Sparkle is back with a lab-grown diamond bracelet and a new gold edition from £199.99, while Astrid & Miyu’s 24 Day Advent Calendar in Gold costs £795 and its silver twin has already sold out. Missoma has cut its calendar to £249 and Orelia has launched its first one at £120.

Here is what is inside each calendar, what you pay per piece and which one we would pick, from the £120 ear stack to a £1,295 solid gold box.

Joma Jewellery 12 Days of Sparkle: a lab-grown diamond for £199.99

Joma’s calendar has sold out three years running, according to Anne Louise Magazine, and the 2026 edition adds two firsts. It now comes in gold plating at £209.99 as well as the original silver plating at £199.99, and both editions include a lab-grown diamond bracelet. In the gold calendar, Stylist reports, that bracelet is the brand’s first gold-plated lab-grown diamond bracelet, and it is only sold in the calendar.

What is inside, according to Joma:

  • 12 exclusive pieces across necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets, including the lab-grown diamond bracelet.
  • Day 1: an A Little Bracelet you can personalise with a name and a charm.
  • Day 9: a necklace with the option of an extra charm.
  • A two-tier vegan leather jewellery box with a clover charm closure and your initials inside the lid, plus a free personalised gift bag.
  • Stated worth: over £350.

At £16.67 a piece for the silver edition, Joma is the cheapest calendar here per piece after Orelia, and the personalised bracelet makes it the most giftable. Order early if you want the initials: personalised pieces take longer to make. Both editions were in stock on the Joma Jewellery website on 18 October: the 12 Days Of Sparkle Advent Calendar in Silver Plating and the Gold Plating version.

Astrid & Miyu: 24 days for £795, or 12 for £395

Astrid & Miyu makes the most expensive calendars in this round-up and the most ear-focused ones. On 18 October 2026 the silver 24 Day calendar was sold out on astridandmiyu.com, while the gold 24 Day and both 12 Day editions were still available, with free UK standard delivery.

24 Day Advent Calendar in Gold, £795 (stated worth £1,700): 22 exclusive pieces, a £50 voucher to spend online or in store, a suedette jewellery box and a limited edition tote. The highlights:

  • Hoops and huggies: Hidden Star Medium Hoops, Bold Cosmic Small Hoops, Square Crystal Huggies and Duo Cosmic Star Huggies.
  • Ear cuffs and a jacket: Star Charm Pavé Ear Cuff, Cosmic Ear Cuff and Cosmic Star Crystal Ear Jacket.
  • Three titanium piercing pieces, two rings and three clip charms.
  • Two necklace and bracelet pairs: Pavé Charm Pendant and Cosmic Star Crystal Pendant.

12 Day Advent Calendar in Gold or Silver, £395 (stated worth £870): nine exclusive jewels, the same £50 voucher, a checkerboard keepsake tin and a tiny tote. Expect Crystal Cosmic Twist Medium Hoops, a Cosmic Twist Ear Cuff, Orbit Marquise Studs and a Twist Link Chain Necklace and Bracelet.

The maths: the 24 Day calendar works out at about £36 a piece, or £34 once you spend the voucher; the 12 Day Advent Calendar in Gold or in Silver is nearer £44 a piece, or £38 with the voucher. Earrings from the main Astrid & Miyu collection sell for £60 to £75 a pair (the Dome Huggies are £75), so the 24 Day box is good value if you love the style, but £795 is a lot to spend on one aesthetic.

Missoma: six pieces for £249, and a £1,295 solid gold box

Missoma has taken the opposite approach to Astrid & Miyu: fewer doors, lower price. Cosmopolitan notes the 2026 calendar costs almost half last year’s price. The Gold Jewellery Advent Calendar is £249, with £693 crossed out on Missoma’s site, for six exclusive 18ct gold-plated pieces: Pavé Spike Stud Earrings, Classic Chubby Small Hoop Earrings, a Mini Mariner Chain Necklace and matching bracelet, a Ridge Star Chain Bracelet and Stone Double Huggie Earrings.

The pieces sit in a dusky pink velvet jewellery case that Missoma values at £125, and some calendars hide a Golden Ticket for £200 of jewellery. There is a Silver Jewellery Advent Calendar at £239 (£635 crossed out) and, for a serious splurge, a Solid Gold Jewellery Advent Calendar in 9ct gold at £1,295. Delivery is £3.95, free over £100.

Orelia: a first ear stacking calendar for £120

Orelia’s 25 Days of Ear Stacking Advent Calendar is the brand’s first, at £120 with a stated worth of £244, in gold or silver. Inside: six pairs of hoops, four pairs of studs and six single studs, all chosen to be layered together. Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Verdict: which jewellery calendar should you buy?

  • For a personal gift: Joma, for the name bracelet and the lab-grown diamond under £210.
  • For the best everyday pieces: Missoma at £249, fewer doors but pieces you will wear all year.
  • For a full ear stack on a budget: Orelia at £120.
  • For a big statement: the Astrid & Miyu 24 Day in Gold, if you already love the brand; otherwise the 12 Day at £395 is the safer bet.
