Sephora goes big for 2026

Sephora UK says it has taken its calendar “to the MAX” for 2026: 40 treats, 27 full sizes and 26 advent exclusives. For the first time it is sold both online and in Sephora’s UK stores; Woman & Home reports that in-store buyers get a striped carry box. Online delivery is UK mainland only, because of transport rules on beauty products, and you can order only one calendar per order, according to Sephora.

What we think

At £235 for 40 products, you pay about £5.88 a product, and 27 of the 40 are full size. Sephora’s stated worth of £1,006 is more than four times the price (Woman & Home quoted about £1,025 at launch).

The catch is the mix: lots of brands, lots of colour make-up and several candles and mists, rather than a handful of luxury skincare heroes. Compare it with the Cult Beauty advent calendar 2026 (£245) or the Space NK advent calendar 2026 if you want more premium skincare, and the Liberty beauty advent calendar 2026 for a third view at this level.
