John Lewis beauty advent calendar 2026: what is inside the £250 calendar with a FOREO device

The John Lewis Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 costs £250 for 41 products in 25 drawers, 23 of them full size and 18 deluxe minis, with a stated worth of £1,160. For the first time it includes beauty tech, a FOREO UFO 3 Mini worth £129, alongside Trinny London, Fenty Beauty, ELEMIS, Sisley, Medik8 and new brand Skin Rocks. It is John Lewis’s biggest calendar yet, so here is what we know about the contents and whether it adds up.

The biggest John Lewis calendar so far

According to the John Lewis Partnership press release, the calendar has a hand-painted design that can be reused as beauty storage, and 10 of its 25 drawers hold more than one product. One in 41 customers can also win a mystery voucher, according to John Lewis. MyJL Beauty members could pre-order it from 3 August, and it went on general sale on 7 September. On 11 October 2026 the product page showed it “currently in stock online”.

What we think

At £250 for 41 products, you pay about £6.10 per product, and the stated worth of £1,160 is 4.6 times the price, in line with the Liberty and Space NK calendars. The FOREO device alone accounts for more than half the price, which makes this a strong buy if you would use an LED face device, and a weaker one if it would stay in a drawer.

The rest is a solid department store mix: the NUXE oil, the 100ml Laura Mercier spray, the 50ml Neal’s Yard cream, the 30ml Medik8 serum and the Charlotte Tilbury wand are products people reorder, while the 15ml Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, the La Mer lip balm and the Sisley, Shiseido, Versace and Gucci minis are tasters. We have not opened the calendar.
