The Harvey Nichols Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 costs £250 and holds 29 products over 25 days, 16 of them full size, with a stated worth of over £1,000. After weeks with no details, the full line-up (La Mer, Sisley-Paris, Charlotte Tilbury, Caudalie, MZ Skin, Bamford and more) was revealed on 9 October 2026 and the calendar is now on pre-order from Harvey Nichols. Here is what is inside, how it compares with Liberty and Cult Beauty, and our verdict.
A late reveal, just as Harrods sells out
Harvey Nichols opened a waitlist for its 2026 beauty calendar about two months ago, promising 29 products, 16 full sizes and a worth of over £1,000, according to the retailer’s product page. The full contents only arrived on 9 October, when The Independent published the list and reported that the rival Harrods calendar had sold out. That timing makes Harvey Nichols one of the few big-name luxury calendars you can still order this month, which is reason enough to look at it closely.
The box itself is a yellow and black chest of numbered drawers, designed by artist Jacky Marshall, according to The Independent.

What we think
The headline maths is simple: £250 for 29 products is about £8.62 per product, or £10 per day. That is roughly double the cost per day of the LOOKFANTASTIC advent calendar 2026 (£120 for 27 products), but you are paying for a different league of brands.
The strong points are real. La Mer, Sisley-Paris and Omorovicza rarely turn up in calendars at this price, the Sisley toner is a generous 100ml, and the Bamford hand and body wash is a full 250ml bottle. Fragrance fans get two eaux de parfum (Granado and Vyrao) plus a Jo Loves candle.
The weak points: a few drawers are filler (tweezers, a nail file and buffer, single masks), several “luxury” names come as small sizes (5ml of Omorovicza, 15ml of La Mer), and as The Independent pointed out, several picks such as the Caudalie Beauty Elixir and Color Wow Dream Coat are familiar rather than new. Without a published value per product, we cannot check the “over £1,000” figure ourselves, so treat it as the retailer’s own claim.
How does it compare with the other £245 to £285 calendars?
| Calendar | Price | Products | Full size | Stated worth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Harvey Nichols | £250 | 29 | 16 | over £1,000 |
| Cult Beauty Signature Edition | £245 | 33 | 19 | £1,105 |
| Liberty | £285 | 29 (plus a bag) | 21 | over £1,300 |

On paper, Harvey Nichols has the fewest full sizes and the lowest stated worth of the three. Its case rests on the brand mix: if La Mer, Sisley and Omorovicza are the names that excite you, it is the one to pick. If you want the most products for your money, Cult Beauty gives you four more for £5 less. If you want the most full sizes and do not mind paying £285, Liberty leads.
Who is it for?
It will suit you if you love classic luxury skincare and want to try La Mer, Sisley and Omorovicza without paying full price for each. If instead you want new launches and trending make-up, or the best value per product, look at Cult Beauty or at the cheaper calendars in our guide below.
