LOOKFANTASTIC beauty advent calendar 2026: 27 products for £120, is it worth it?

The LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 costs £120 and hides 27 products behind 25 drawers, 19 of them full size, with a stated worth of over £665. Headline names include Clinique, MAC, Medik8, Elemis, Benefit, Aveda and Sol de Janeiro. On 9 October 2026 the official LOOKFANTASTIC page showed it in stock, so here is the full list, our own maths and our verdict.

A plum and red “Iconic Beauty” box with 25 drawers

This year’s calendar is a two-tone plum and red box printed with “Iconic Beauty”, with 25 numbered drawers. You open it by twisting the LF logo anticlockwise, according to the brand. The mix covers skincare, make-up, hair, body, fragrance and a couple of tools, and LOOKFANTASTIC lists 27 products for 25 drawers, so some drawers hold more than one item (the brand’s blog groups the Aveda shampoo and conditioner together, for example).

What we think: our own maths

We added up the stated worth of every item and got £668, which matches the “worth over £665” claim. That works out at about £4.44 per product, or £4.80 per drawer. As always, stated worth is the brands’ full retail price, not what you would actually pay on a sale day, so treat it as a ceiling.

The more useful test is simple: would you buy these products anyway? Nine of them are names most people know and reorder: the Clinique Moisture Surge, MAC Fix+, the Medik8 cleanser, Benefit Roller Lash, the Sam McKnight spray, both Aveda bottles, the LANEIGE balm and the Elemis night cream. Their stated worth alone comes to £298, two and a half times the price of the calendar.

Two caveats. First, the Avant eye cream (£98) and the Elemis cream (£78) make up more than a quarter of the total, and the Elemis is a 30ml deluxe size rather than the full pot. Second, a handful of drawers (eye patches, sponges, a body oil sample) are filler you may not miss. Overall, it is a generous, very “useful” calendar: lots of things you will finish, rather than lots of tiny tester pots.

Who is it for?

It will suit you if you want a broad, everyday mix of skincare, make-up and hair care from brands you already trust, and you like full sizes (19 out of 27). If instead you want mostly make-up, or you are on a tighter budget, the GLOSSYBOX Beauty Wrapped advent calendar is the obvious alternative: £90 (£75 for subscribers) for 26 products, 22 of them full size, with a stated worth of over £645, according to GLOSSYBOX. LOOKFANTASTIC wins on brand recognition (Clinique, MAC, Elemis); GLOSSYBOX wins on price and on the number of full sizes.
