WowBoxMe – April 2019

Enjoy trying out new food and drink products? Want a surprise selection delivered straight to your door every month? Check out WowBoxMe who are an affordable food and drink subscription box that will sure to please families and students alike. I was delighted to see that WowBoxMe has recently had a makeover with a better-branded box (much sturdier now too) and there’s also a full list of contents with extra info about all of the products included now.

Here’s what’s inside the latest WowBoxMe for April:-

Michelob Ultra Superior Light Beer

WowBoxMe have two subscription options available, a non-alcoholic box and an alcoholic box, so if you’ve signed up for the latter, you’ll receive a can of Michelob Ultra Superior Light Beer in your box this month. This pure-cultured yeast strain beer is made from a special blend of grains that undergo an extended mashing process which results in a smooth and refreshing beer that has fewer carbohydrates. It’s also only 79 calories per can!

V Water Pomegranate & Blueberry flavour

For soft drinks this month, there are three different ones to try out. The V Water with Pomegranate & Blueberry is bursting with essential vitamins and minerals and is made with zero sugar which is great to see. It’s a tasty refreshing drink and I’d buy them again to have with my lunch if I’m out and about.

Get More Vitamins Sparkling Lemon & Lime flavour

Another vitamin-infused drink, this time from Get More Vitamins. Their Sparkling Lemon & Lime flavour is very nice, sugar-free and only 5 calories per bottle.

Rubicon Street Drinks Agua Fresca

For something different, this Rubicon Street Drinks can in Agua Fresca is a tasty blend of still Watermelon, Lime and Mint. Best enjoyed ice cold, it’s a bit like an alcohol-free mojito!

McCoys Muchos Folded Tortilla Snacks in Nacho Cheese

Moving onto the snacks, I found a bag of McCoys Muchos Folded Tortilla Snacks in a delicious Nacho Cheese flavour. This product also appeared in last month’s box, but I don’t mind as it’s so tasty!

Maggi Fusian Noodles in Chow Mein

From Maggi’s Fusian Noodles range, you’ll find one of three flavours in your box; Fiery Sweet Chilli, Aromatic Spiced Curry or Classic Chow Mein. I had the latter in mine and have tried it before – it’s like a premium ramen-meets-pot noodle type of quick meal that you just add boiling water to. Great for a fast and easy lunch.

Ahmad English Breakfast Tea

Drawing on four generations of tea blending and tasting experience, Ahmad Tea is one of the UK’s most well known independent family businesses in the tea world and their English Breakfast blend is highly celebrated. I was curious to try it as I’m partial to a cup of English Breakfast every now and then, and it’s very good!

Twix White Xtra

If you love white chocolate and you love Twix, you’ll especially love this new White Twix offering! This Xtra size is the really big one too – great for sharing or as an indulgent treat for yourself.

KitKat Ruby Cocoa Beans 4 Finger Bar & Senses Hazelnut Bar

The last two products are both newbies from KitKat. On the left, there’s the Ruby Cocoa Beans 4 Finger Bar which is made from natural Ruby Cocoa Beans that have a subtle berry-style flavour to them, and on the right is the new Senses Bar in Hazelnut – a slimmer chocolate bar with a delicious hazelnut filling. Both of these were perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth!
