Our toucanBox arrived just in time for a wet and wild weekend. It was perfect time to get stuck in with these brilliant fun family activities. From a set of racing jellyfish to outdoor adventure bingo there was so much fun to be had and we really enjoyed this box.
What was in the box?

- Secret surprise (a fridge magnet) hidden in a special magic hidden compartment
Racing jellyfish
This was such a great activity and really easy to follow the instructions. My seven year old was able to make these pretty much without any help from me. It’s testament to how brilliant these are that they are still stuck on our conservatory doors where we first tested them out. They get played with weekly and are a brilliant little quick and fun activity. By pulling on the yellow beaded chords you can make your jellyfish race from the bottom to the top.
Back to nature
The other activity in the box was a create your own nature bag set. It also came with some nature bingo cards for each season. Autumn is our favourite season and we love going out on family walks and adventures so this was a great one to make together. We worked together to dye the bag different colours using tissue paper and then used the stencils and pens to add on some patterns and designs the following day.
The nature bingo cards are such a great addition and elevated this from an afternoon craft project to something our family will treasure throughout the year when we just need to get out and get some fresh air.
