I’m a big fan of these Hippeas and regularly buy them when I want a healthier crisp alternative. Certified organic and gluten-free, these crunchy Chickpea Puffs are only 89 calories per bag and come in a range of flavours – these Salt & Vinegar ones are the perfect match with a vegan cheese sandwich for lunch.

Clearspring Organic Japanese Tofu (RRP £1.99)

Another product that I was happy to see is the amazing Clearspring Organic Japanese Tofu which is another essential on my shopping list. This silken tofu has an amazingly smooth texture which can be blended to make dairy-free cheesecakes and mousses – you have to try it to believe it!

Swizzlers Refreshers Choos (RRP £1)

I haven’t had any Refreshers sweets for years so it was fun to try out this bag of minis which feature some cool new flavours. Suitable for vegans and coeliacs, these always hit the spot when I want a fizzy sweet treat.
