After loving the April My Dappa Box, especially the gorgeous coffee scrub bar, I was excited to see what the May box would contain. As with the previous box, there are four items, a couple of which are full sized. The May box would make a great Father’s Day or birthday gift idea.
Aromo Foam Shaving Cream
As with the previous box review, I might actually keep this first product for myself as it’s a basic shaving cream that can be used with or without a shaving brush. While I am not a fan of the packaging, I do like the clean, fresh scent and I think I’ll definitely be trying it out soon.
Clean Supremo Shave Oil
A second product from the brand is their shave oil which has a coconut and lime fragrance. It contains a couple of great ingredients such as argan oil, grape seed oil and sweet almond oil, all of which I love as skincare ingredients. While spring isn’t really the time I use facial oils, I think a facial oil would be very soothing and moisturising to use after shaving.
ZEOS Qu3 Face Wash
Next up is a facial cleanser that contains Vitamin E and Vitamin B5. I like the scent, it’s fresh and clean but masculine. As with a couple of the products from last months box, this facial cleanser is suitable for vegans to use which is fantastic and I’m so glad that more products are being clearly labelled as vegan now.
Mount Purious Daily Facial Oil
Another product from a brand that we also received in the April box, Mount Purious. The facial oil contains jojoba oil and rosehip oil. It is vegan and cruelty free! I’ve only tried it once so far and it seems pretty good, although I do prefer some of my more expensive facial oils. However, I think it’s a great no-fuss facial oil.
