Mask Time – October 2018: Glow Setter Box

Mask Time‘s Glow Setter Box is a must-have for anyone who enjoys using sheet masks! All of the masks are from Korean beauty brands, and with the Glow Setter Box, you’ll receive a bumper surprise selection each and every month that’s delivered straight to your door.

I was very happy when the October box arrived because there are some really cool masks included and there’s also a bit of a Halloween theme going on which is always fun! Here’s everything that I found inside:-

Proud Mary Azulene Ampoule Mask (RRP £3)

Perfect for soothing sensitive skin that’s prone to blemishes, this mask contains botanical extracts such as Tea Tree, Rosemary, Peppermint, Azulene and Edelweiss to calm and tighten the skin, as well as promoting a healthy skin barrier to prevent damage from the elements.

Acwell Traditional Grain Syrup Ginger Mask (RRP £3.50)

This next mask has an unusual syrup-like essence that’s made from fermented Grain Syrup and also features the likes of Ginger and Mistletoe extracts which deliver rich nutrients to thirsty skin. It’s brilliant for providing essential hydration to keep your skin glowing throughout Autumn and beyond.

Beauty Kei Aqua Moisture Bomb Mask (RRP £3.50)

From the brand Beauty Kei, there’s the popular Aqua Moisture Bomb Mask which is a must-try for anyone who has dry or dehydrated skin. As the name suggests, it helps to keep the skin hydrated and happy for up to 24 hours thanks to ingredients such as Ceramide and vitamin-rich fermented Rice Bran.

Jayjun All In One Multi Cleansing Mask (RRP £6)

I was pleased to see a mask from Jajun as I’ve read so many positive things about them online. This all-in-one Multi Cleansing Mask is a three-step mask that takes away the hassle of cleansing in just 5 minutes. The first step includes a cotton swab which is infused with nutritious Milk extracts to remove makeup, whilst the second step is a bubbly mask that gets to work in just three minutes. Finally, you massage the essence in and hey presto – your skin has been deeply cleansed!

Dr Click Pumpkin Anti-Wrinkle Sheet Mask (RRP £4)

How cool does this pumpkin mask look?! Specially formulated for skin that’s starting to show the first signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles, this mask is packed full of Pumpkin fruit enzymes and AHAs to brighten and smooth the complexion. There’s also Green Tea and Centella Asiatica extracts to heal the skin and protect it from harsh environments.

Illiyoon Botanical Mushroom Essence Mask (RRP £3.50)

I love eating mushrooms, but I think this is the first time that I’ve ever tried a mask that has mushrooms as an ingredient! Free from synthetic dyes, parabens, sulphates and other nasties, this mask is suitable for sensitive skin and featured a good dose of Mushroom Extract which is well known for its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Ideal for skin that has acne, eczema and rosacea because it’s so gentle.

Too Cool For School Coconut Milk Cream Mask (RRP £6)

For dry skin that needs a real moisture boost, Too For School’s Coconut Milk Cream Mask is drenched in 50g of Coconut Cream which provides the ultimate hydration for thirsty skin. Made with a double layered 100% pure cotton mask, it won’t irritate the skin so is perfect for sensitive skin types to use as well.

Make P:rem Comfort Me Air Mask (RRP £4.50)

Next up, this Comfort Me Air Mask features a super thin and light material which feels ultra-comfortable to wear and is infused with lots of nourishing ingredients such as Chamomile and Nordic Berry extracts. It even includes Oxygenated Water as a base to leave the skin as calm and comforted as possible. Free from parabens, synthetic dyes and alcohol, it’s a lovely mask to use!

Etude House 3 Minutes Care Mask Tumeric (RRP £3)

Etude House’s 3 Minutes Care Mask is a speedy skincare solution that can be applied at any time of the day. It contains Turmeric essence to brighten dull skin, and it also works well on acne scarring and helping to protect very dry skin conditions.

The Face Shop Real Nature Shea Butter Mask (RRP £3)

Enriched with Shea Butter, this mask from The Face Shop provides deep moisture, plenty of nutrients and helps to improve the elasticity and texture of the skin. A fantastic mask to try if your skin is suffering from the current colder weather!

Lastly, I found a sample of Keep Cool Ocean Cream as an extra freebie at the bottom of the box – thanks Mask Time!
