Lootaku is a premium monthly subscription based service to fulfill everybody’s geeky addictions. Our box features full figure statues and Asia exclusives that you will not find in any other subscription box. We promise no filler or promotional items, and our values are always based on current cheapest prices on Amazon.
Prices and values on the Lootaku website are given US dollars. A one month subscription is $44.99 (three and six month subscriptions are cheaper). According to my currency converter today this is £35. UK Shipping is $17.66 (£13.74). Slightly pricey, but this is a premium box. Also it’s coming a long way.

This month’s box features a single franchise this month, My Hero Academia. This is very popular and well regarded series in Japan and elsewhere, and appears both as manga and anime.

Lootaku is now doing a t-shirt with every box. This one features the character All Might with the words Go Beyond. You might be able to see at the bottom the shirt that this is a limited edition of 500 shirts.
Another limited edition item, this time an enamel pin. This features Shoto Todoroki and his half-cold half-hot quirk.
There’s just one figure in this month’s box, but it’s a nice one. It’s a Banpresto DXF SP Midoriya figure. This is one of two possible options, the other being Bakugou
They are both second release veresions, with superior paint and shading.
This is a fun Canvas Tote Bag. The design features Iida, Uraraka, Todoriki, Bakugou, and Modoriya. It’s a good size, and also has a snap button closure.
Finally, this crazy plush! This is a Bakugou Grenadier Bracers Arm Plush.
It has a hole all the way through so you can actually wear it on your arm!
Finally, the menu card.
I’ll start straight in, as I always do, at the contents value as I can discover. I use an online currency converter so they’re correct at time of writing. I can’t always take into account shipping costs of individual items, but I do my best to be fair.
I never take the values as gospel, simply because this is a box from Hong Kong and often their items are Asia-exclusive or at least extremely difficult to find in the UK. Also I find you can never reply on RRP for anything. That being said, I’ve not yet valued the contents of one of their boxes at less, or even equal to, the price of their subscription.
Often I can find things on Amazon, but some of the items in Lootaku boxes are nigh on impossible to source in the UK, so sometimes I have to guesstimate. I also don’t use eBay as reference, as I find prices are not reliable or realistic.
We saw at the top that the monthly subscription is £48.74
T-shirt – I usually value geek shirts at £10, but I’m going to call this £13, because it’s better quality than average, , and it’s a limited edition.
Pin – I’m estimating at £5, because it’s good quality, a decent size, and limited edition.
Figure – this is really rather pricey! I found it on Amazon at £39.17.
Tote bag – I managed to find this on a Greek website, for €12.90/£11.66.
Plush – I could only locate these on eBay. It seems they’res selling for $25 – $30 for a pair, so I’m going to call this single one $12/£9.33

Obviously the value is fantastic, as always.
I really love this box! Lootaku are amazing for figures, but I think it’s great when they come up with some different items. They manage to find some really fun things. The tote bag is really useful to have, I love it when they send practical items!
The limited edition tshirt is a really nice design, and it’s also good quality. The pin is similarly excellent.
As for the plush, it’s crazy but it’s so funny! It would also be amazing for cosplay.
