Lookfantastic make some of my favourite beauty subscription boxes but they also make limited edition boxes that have a special theme. Mother’s Day is around the corner so they’ve curated a box full of wonderful beauty products that would make an ideal Mother’s Day gift this year! Prai 24K Gold Wrinkle Repair Eye Cream
It’s start with one of the most luxurious sounding products in the box, the Prai 24K eye cream which comes in a very fancy looking pot. The eye cream contains Nulastic silk and Eyedeline to help minimise dark circles and protecting the skin from free radicals. I’ve tried a few eye creams and most tend to be too thick and too slow to absorb but thankfully this one is fairly fast absorbing. It’s a lovely eye cream and a great addition to the box!
Rituals Magic Touch Body Cream
My favourite body care product from the box has to be the magic touch body cream from Rituals which I already have a smaller tube of but I’m very happy to have received a gigantic tub of it. This body cream has to be the most softening and luxurious feeling body creams I’ve ever used. I adore the body cream (and I know that everyone else will) and I love the hand salve from this range too.
Inika Organic Lip Serum
Next up is a brand I’ve seen on organic and ‘green’ beauty sites often but I haven’t tried it until now. The lip serum claims to deliver long lasting hydration and due to the ingredients such as sea buckthorn, it has healing and protective properties. It has such a nourishing feel to it and leaves my lips feeling very smooth, hydrated and nourished instantly.
Molton Brown Fiery Pink Pepper Shower Gel
My aunties have always told me of the benefits of skincare and choosing good products and one of their all time favourite brands is Molton Brown, a love they’ve passed onto me. The pink pepper scent is just gorgeous, although I think my favourite scent is probably the ylang ylang option but all of them are well worth trying.
Christophe Robin Regenerating Mask
How beautiful is this hair mask packaging! It is so fancy that it comes in it’s own little box! The hair mask is designed for dry and damaged hair which sadly mine is. It contains prickly pear seed oil to deeply repair the hair from within. I haven’t tried this mask yet but it sounds fantastic and I’ve heard nothing but great things about this brand and their masks.
ESPA Tri-Active Advanced Instant Facial
Last but not least is a 3 in 1 facial serum from ESPA which contains macroalgae cell extract and white truffle extract to boost the skins elasticity and smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles. I love serums, they’re such an integral part of my skincare routine and my mum currently doesn’t use one so it’s a great addition to the Mother’s Day box.
