Delivered every month, I Love Gin is a popular drinks subscription box which sends you two premium mini bottles of gin and two premium mixers/tonics so that you can create up to four G&Ts at home. It’s also a fun way to discover new brands of gin as they often feature those which are independent and artisan so you’re getting the best of the best!
This month’s I Love Gin is themed The Double Trouble Box:-
Masons Of Yorkshire Dry Yorkshire Gin Orange & Lime Leaf (50ml, 42% vol)
Proud of their northern heritage, Masons of Yorkshire launched only seven years ago but have gone from strength to strength as many of their gins have won awards worldwide. To celebrate, they have undergone a rebranding and the bottle you can see in your box this month showcases this beautifully. Every batch of gin that they produce has a tasting panel and their latest edition is Orange & Lime Leaf which has juicy citrus flavours and an exotic twist of Kaffir Lime Leaf for a lovely refreshing gin.
Frankie & Eileen’s Gin (50ml, 41% vol)
Frankie & Eileen’s Gin is made by a family-run independent micro-distillery in Northern Ireland. The gin is named after the grandmothers of the owners and is produced in a traditional copper pot still which is the first Irish gin to be produced in this manner in quite some time. This is a classic citrus-forward gin with interesting earthy notes thanks to a combination of flavours from the botanicals which are macerated in the spirit for 36 hours. Wonderfully smooth and balanced, this is a new favourite for sure!
Double Dutch Premium Tonic Waters (200ml each)
To compliment your gins this month, there are two Double Dutch Premium Tonic Waters to enjoy. On the left is their Cranberry & Ginger Tonic which has a warm and spicy flavour to it that works well with citrusy gins, and on the right is their classic Indian Tonic Water to create the perfect G&T.
