Home Bargains crisps advent calendar 2026 for £9.99

Home Bargains has launched a crisps advent calendar for Christmas 2026, and it costs £9.99. The Snackvent Calendar swaps chocolate for 24 bags of KP Snacks heritage favourites, including Skips, Space Raiders and Nik Naks, which works out at about 42p a door. According to Retail Times, it is on sale in more than 600 Home Bargains stores and online.

What is inside the Home Bargains Snackvent Calendar?

There are 24 bags in total, with 4 of each of the following:

That adds up to just over 450g of crisps across December. John McDougall, senior brand manager for the Heritage Portfolio at KP Snacks, told Retail Times that “Christmas is all about enjoying your favourites”, and the line-up is very much a nod to school lunchboxes and corner shop tuck.

Is £9.99 a good price?

On 23 October 2026, Home Bargains lists the calendar at £9.99, or £2.22 per 100g. Divide that by 24 and each door costs roughly 42p. For comparison, Asian Trader reports that KP’s heritage grab bags carry an RRP of £1.15 each, although those are bigger bags than the ones behind these doors. So the calendar is not a bulk bargain by weight, but it is cheap fun for the price of a takeaway coffee and a sandwich.

Our verdict

A savoury calendar is a smart idea for anyone who does not have a sweet tooth, and at £9.99 the Snackvent Calendar is one of the cheapest novelty calendars of the season. The downside is that the bags are small, so do not expect a full packet every morning. As a stocking filler or a joke present for a crisp lover, though, it is hard to fault.
