FabFitFun – The Editor’s Box

FabFitFun is one of America’s most popular beauty, lifestyle and wellness subscription boxes and it’s now available here in the UK! If you haven’t heard of them before, here’s a quick rundown of what they have to offer you as a subscriber.

FabFitFun boxes are delivered just four times a year (one per season) and cost £40 per box plus postage. The higher subscription box ensures higher quality products as everything included is premium and full-sized. You can expect to receive 8-10 products with an overall value of over $200.

The type of products you can expect to get in your FabFitFun box include:

  • Accessories like sunglasses, purses, wallets, and scarves
  • Clothing like shawls, kimonos, and sweaters
  • Home goods like towels, scent diffusers, and pillowcases
  • Technology like chargers and speakers
  • Skincare products like eye creams, sunscreens, face masks, and moisturizers
  • Haircare products like shampoos, conditioners, and hairbrushes
  • Cosmetics, like eyebrow pencils, sponge applicators, and eyeshadow palettes

You also have the option to customise parts of the box by filling out questions in your online profile with all members having the ability to choose 1-3 products (see their website for all the customisation info).

The first box that you receive as a subscriber is called The Editor’s Box and it comes with a magazine to introduce you to FabFitFun which includes lots of info about their online shop and membership experience. Here’s what I found inside in mine:-

Cuccio Somatology Calm + Clean Epsom Salt Hand & Body Wash

This is a gorgeous yoga-inspired Hand & Body Wash which is infused with calming Epsom Salts, Shea Butter and Lavender Oil to gently cleanse as part of your daily ritual. The scent is amazing!

LXMI Pure Nilotica Melt

Next up, I found a brightly coloured/patterned tube from a natural and organic skincare brand called LXMI. This product is a 100% organic balm-to-oil formula which deeply nourishes the skin and helps to smooth imperfections.

Cosmedix Pure C Vitamin C Mixing Crystals

From the high-end skincare brand Cosmedix, these Pure C Vitamin C Mixing Crystals are a convenient way to add 100% ascorbic acid into your nightime serum or moisturiser to help boost your skin and give it some serious brightening glow. I can’t wait to try them!

Grown Alchemist Detox Facial Night Cream

A super nourishing blend of Peptides, Vitamins and Hyaluronic Acid, this night cream treatment from Grown Alchemist will help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with regular use.

Wander Beauty Baggage Claim Eye Masks

This box contains six gold-infused Eye Masks from Wander Beauty. Each pair contains Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera Leaf extract and Lavender Oil to deeply hydrate the delicate eye area and help you look more awake (with less baggage!).

Spongellé Body Wash Infused Buffer

Next up, I found this rather interesting product which is a body wash infused into a buffer sponge. It can be used up to 14 times and is a handy way to include extra product into your travel bag without harming your liquid limits – very clever!

Rodial Soft Focus Glow Drops

Give your skin a natural and dewy looking finish with these easy to use Soft Focus Glow Drops from Rodial. They’re very much like a subtle liquid highlighter and can be applied directly to your face or added to your favourite moisturiser.

DONNI Ribbed Sweater Coat

The last product in the Editor’s Pick Box is my favourite – it’s a super comfy and cosy ribbed cardigan from DONNI which is also one of the most expensive items in the box with a retail price of $99. The light grey colour is lovely and neutral for chic loungewear and I know I’ll get a lot of use out of this as the weather starts to turn colder.

Our score: 9.6/ 10

I'm really impressed with the contents of the first FabFitFun box and it's great to see them now delivering to the UK as it gives us Brits more options when you want a beauty and lifestyle box combined. I was hoping for more of the jewellery/clothing/accessories options that I've seen in other online reviews as I felt this box was quite skincare heavy, but I'm very happy with everything nonetheless and can't wait to see what options there are for the more customisable future boxes.
