If you are looking for a box that delivers high-quality beauty, fashion and lifestyle products to your door every month, then you should definitely check out My Little Box. MLB has its origins in France, so their boxes have a wonderfully chic French flair to them that I absolutely love!
Like many boxes, My Little Box features a different theme every month, and February’s was called the ‘My Little Home Box‘. The box itself is sturdy and well made, plus it features a pretty illustration – this is something that I will happily re-use to store things like make-up and accessories in because it’ll look so nice on my vanity table!
Upon opening the box, I found the ‘My Little World‘ magazine on the top which is beautifully laid out and packed full of inspiration for the home, DIY tutorials, interviews with interior designers and pro tips on how to use your beauty products. A lovely read to enjoy over a cup of coffee or tea and it’s already got me thinking of how I want to add some more picture frames to brighten up my bedroom walls.
Speaking of frames, the first product that I picked out of the box was this beautiful illustration print of a woman relaxing at home, presented in a sky blue coloured frame (worth £6). This would look lovely on a wall or standing up on a side table with a vase of fresh flowers next to it.
The next thing that I pulled out was a cotton drawstring bag with a print of cute makeup illustrations all over it, and inside were the following three French beauty products:-
Noxidox Mask & Peel Perfection Eclat (worth nearly €25 as it’s 40ml and the full-size product is 50ml). This is a two-in-one Mask & Peel face scrub that helps skin look more glowing and healthy. Formulated without parabens and made in France, this looks like a great fix skin for tired skin in the morning.
My Little Beauty Easy Morning Skin Perfecting Cream (full-size worth £10) – from MLB’s own brand range, this moisturiser is suitable for all skin types and contains a hint of shimmer to make sleepy skin look more revitalised and awake.
Polaar Genuine Lapland Hand Cream (full size worth £16.90) -inspired by Nordic beauty secrets, this is a rich and hydrating hand cream to soothe and moisturise even the driest of hands. Formulated with antioxidant rich arctic berries, this hand cream will give your paws some much-needed TLC and ensure that they’re non-greasy too. As I have really dry hands myself, I’m looking forward to trying it out and love the fact that it’s free from parabens, alcohol and mineral oils.
The last item in the box is this large cushion cover that has a lovely triangle print all over on a cream coloured base. The fabric of this feels very premium and high quality as it’s made from thick brushed cotton. Worth £10, I just need to buy a cushion now so that I can use it!
I am so impressed with this month’s My Little Box – all of the products are high quality and the contents are worth a lot more than the subscription fee alone (the beauty products themselves are worth over £46!). I loved the home theme too as I haven’t seen many boxes cover this – MLB have definitely done it the best so far!
My Little Box costs £11 per month plus £3.95 P&P – for more information just visit http://www.mylittlebox.co.uk/
