YumeTwins is a monthly box of Japanese kawaii products from Tokyo. It is part of the TokyoTreat subscription box group which also includes TokyoTreat and nomakenolife.Each box contains 5 kawaii items including plushies and lifestyle goods plus premium anime brands.
They have one-, three-, six-, and 12-month subscriptions costing $35.00, $33.50, $32.00, and $31.50 per month respectively (from around £25).
March is the start of sakura (cherry blossom) season in Japan, so this month’s theme Sakura Wonderland is the perfect way to celebrate.
Lots of blossom pink can be seen in the menu booklet! And of course there are social media pages and competitions too.
YumeTwins Exclusive Plush: Mameshiba Sakura Puppy. How exciting to have an exclusive item! This adorable shiba pup has been made especially for YumeTwins by AMUSE, and features a cute bandana and even a sweet cherry blossom on her ear. She’s soft and very cute indeed.
Spring Blossom Kitchen Hot Mat. This is technically a pot holder, but of course can be used as a table mat, or small decorative touch. It’s 100% cotton, so lovely and soft, and it can be machine washed too, which is useful if it’s being used in the kitchen. The pattern features lovely sakura flowers, perfect to bring some springtime to the home.
Yume-Kawaii Tamago Hairbrush. This is one of four cute pastel options for this detangling hairbrush. It’s a great size to pop in your bag, and the egg shape makes me think of Easter, which is also coming in Spring!
Kirby 8-bit Coaster. This might not be related to spring, but it’s got the pink blossom colour! It’s a fun retro design of the Nintendo game character Kirby, and the coaster itself is mde from firm nonslip rubber, so no worries about your drink slipping.
Sanrio Kitty Pals Pouch. This is seriously fun. It’s designed like a can of tuna, complete with a little ring-pull feature on top! On the sides are pictures of Sanrio kitties, including Hello Kitty and Kuromi. The zip top is perfect for making it a little storage box on a dresser or side table.
Kawaii Character Drawstring Pouch – Pikachu. One of seven possible character variants, this is a round soft drawstring pouch that can stuff a surprising amount if things inside!
