Treatbox – July 2019

One of my favourite subscription boxes is definitely the Treatbox! I’ve been reviewing them for a while now and I’m always happy with each box but this months is fantastic. The boxes are always very well packaged and designed. The July box has a very summery, colourful theme which I love and it’s perfect for the hot weather we’ve been having recently in the UK.

Be-You-Tiful Pouch

Let’s start with a cute pouch from Sass and Belle! Sass and Bell products have featured a few times within their boxes and I love the style of their homeware. This pouch is an ideal size to keep in my suitcase or larger handbags for storing makeup, essentials or tech items such as cables, earphones or chargers. I love the adorable, colourful and cute design.

TeaPop Gourmet Tea

The most unusual item in the box is the TeaPop Gourmet Tea which is in the wild berry punch flavour. It isn’t tea in the usual sense as it’s a tea…lolly pop. Thankfully it is vegan as I couldn’t wait to try it. I adore the packaging, the product is just so unusual to use and it tastes so nice. It is a lovely berry flavoured tea that isn’t very bitter as some herbal or fruity teas can be. I would definitely want to try more flavours!

Pocket Mirror

Another gorgeously designed item is this cute compact, pocket mirror. I love receiving more unique but practical items like this in subscription boxes. I think the cute illustrations make it look even more adorable and it will be perfect to add to my car or bag.

Push Pins

The penultimate item is one of my favourites from the July box. I love stationery, I have an entire drawer just for stationery but I can never have too much. I don’t have any push pins so I’m glad they were included in this months box. I adore the minimal style and the packaging. I definitely want to check out more from this brand.

The Happy News

Lastly, is something I’ve never received in a subscription box before, a newspaper. It’s a newspaper to ‘share positive news and wonderful people’ which in this disaster we are currently in, in terms of the government and the environment, happy news is very needed.

Our score: 10.0/ 10

Overall, the July box contained quite a few surprises! My favourite items have to include the tea, pushpins and the adorably designed newspaper. I don't think you'll find a more beautiful or unique subscription box out there!
