The Vegan Kind – January 2020

You may have heard of something recently called Veganuary which is where people from all over the UK are joining in with a pledge to go vegan for January. Whether you’re currently doing the challenge or if you’re simply wanting to look at easy, tasty ways to reduce your meat and dairy intake, The Vegan Kind‘s lifestyle subscription box is a great place to start!

Many people feel that going vegan is going to be difficult or that they’ll have to make do without their favourite snacks, but as you’ll see from The Vegan Kind, the range of vegan-friendly products that are readily available is only growing, which makes it a lot more fun to join in with!

Curious to find out more? Here’s what’s inside this month’s The Vegan Kind box:-

If you thought all vegan chocolate was boring and plain, think again. Super yummy!

Myvegan Double Chocolate & Caramel Filled Cookie (RRP £2)

It’s easy (and tasty!) to meet your protein requirements as a vegan as this delicious cookie from Myvegan clearly demonstrates! Filled with gooey caramel, it’s packed with 13g of plant-based protein and is also low in sugar. The perfect post-gym treat.

At the bottom of the box, I also found this month’s recipe which is for vegan French Toast – yum!
