The Pip Box is a monthly beauty subscription box with a difference – everything that subscribers receive is guaranteed to be cruelty-free and they also donate 50p from each box sold to the charity Animal Free Research UK who fund anti-animal testing campaigns and research into safer alternatives.
I have had the pleasure of reviewing a couple of boxes from The Pip Box in the past, and I was delighted to be sent their latest box for July which is themed The Natural Edit.
Here’s what I found inside:-
Honeypie Minerals Bronzer in Sun-Kissed (RRP £7.99)
Mineral cosmetics are incredibly popular with fans of natural makeup and this Bronzer from Sun-Kissed is a fantastic example of the quality that’s out there. With a silky texture that delivers a flawless matte satin finish, this bronzer adds a gorgeous, healthy-looking glow without any shimmer or glitter. I love it!
Greenfrog Botanic Natural Konjac Facial Sponge (RRP £7.95)
Next, I found a Natural Konjac Facial Sponge from Greenfrog Botanic. Infused with Bamboo Charcoal, the sponge becomes soft once it’s wet and allows you to cleanse and exfoliate in one step without the need for any other products. Due to its all-natural nature, it’s much better for your skin than a harsh exfoliator with sharp particles and won’t cause any irritation.
Organii Everyday Organics SPF 15 Anti-Ageing Facial Sun Cream (RRP £14.95)
If you’ve been looking for a natural sunscreen that has organic ingredients, look no further! Organii’s SPF 15 Facial Sun Cream protects your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays and keeps your complexion hydrated at the same time. The non-greasy formula absorbs easily and layers well underneath makeup.
Happy Carrot Skincare Terrific Tomato Facial Oil (RRP £15)
We all know that tomatoes are good for us to eat for our health, but did you know that they can also benefit your skin? Happy Carrot Skincare has combined Watermelon Seed Oil, Papaya Seed Oil, Passionflower, Rosehip Oil with the superstar Tomato to create a facial oil that leaves your skin looking clearer and brighter.
Laviish Teeth Whitening Polish (RRP £23.90)
The last product in this month’s The Pip Box is an interesting one as it’s an all-natural whitening polish. Gentle on the gums and clinically approved by dentists, Laviish’s Smile Teeth Whitening Polish uses the natural properties of Activated Charcoal to remove stains, whilst Peppermint Oil freshens your breath. They say that it can whiten teeth by up to 5 shades in just 14 days so I’m excited to try it!
