Delivered straight to your door every month, Taffy Mail sends you the very best that the USA has to offer and you can expect to receive well known American brands, as well as those that you may not have discovered or tried for yourself yet.

Taffy Mail have three subscription boxes available; Lite, Classic and Extra, and I have this month’s Extra box to show you below. As the name suggests, the Extra boxes contain the most products and they also include ‘bigger’ items or limited edition flavours, so it’s a really fun box to try out!

Here’s everything that I found inside:-

Pringles Jalapeno flavour

I love Pringles and I love anything that’s spicy so these Jalapeno flavoured Pringles are amazing. They’re very addictive and have a nice kick to them – would definitely buy these again if I ever saw this flavour launched in the UK!

Jolly Rancher Freezer Pops

Summer is well and truly here and with the kids starting their holidays this week, it’s time to stock up the freezer with some icy treats for those hot days. This pack of Jolly Rancher Freezer Pops features a mix of fruity flavours such as Watermelon, Grape, Blue Raspberry and Green Apple, so there’s something for everyone.

Mike and Ike Tropical Typhoon flavour

Next up, there’s a large box of Mike and Ike in a yummy Tropical Typhoon flavour. These chewy sweets are in an assortment of fruity favourites such as Kiwi-Banana, Carribean Punch, Strawberry-Banana, Paradise Punch and the ever popular Mango. At 150 calories per serving, they’re not a bad option when you have a sweet craving.

Big Hunk

Well, this got a lot of interest from my housemates when I pulled it out of the box! Big Hunk is a massive candy bar which is made by the American brand, Anabelle’s. I haven’t heard of it before, but it’s basically a huge slab of honey flavoured nougat with roasted peanut pieces. Very chewy and satisfying! Low fat and gluten-free.

Mr Freshley’s Dreamies Rasberry flavour

If you like very, very, very sweet cakes, you’ll enjoy these Raspberry flavoured Dreamies from Mr Freshley’s which are cream filled cakes. These were too sweet and artificial tasting for my liking, but my sister really enjoyed them.

Pepsi Wild Cherry flavour

For this month’s soda, we have a can of Pepsi in their popular Wild Cherry flavour. It’s been a long time since I had a cherry flavoured cola and this was so good as a treat!

KitKat Strawberry flavour

KitKats in the UK are pretty boring, so I was pleased to see this Strawberry flavoured one which is part of KitKat’s ‘Flavours of Amerca’ range (this one’s for California). This was really yummy and it was nice to see a brand do a milk chocolate strawberry flavour, as most I’ve tried in the past seem to pair strawberries with white chocolate, so this was a nice change.

M&M’s Strawberry Nut flavour

Oh hell yes! Like KitKat’s, it’s rare to find difficult flavours like this in the UK, so these are always such a treat to try and it’s a one of the larger share size bags too – win, win! These are super moreish and the pack did not last long in my house.

Beer Nuts Original Peanuts

Beer Nuts are simply crunchy, roasted peanuts tossed in a little coconut oil, corn syrup and salt. They go down very well with a cold glass of beer or cider and are a popular snack found at bars across the States.

Act 2 Butter Lovers Popcorn

Usually, I’d say that you can’t go wrong with microwaveable popcorn, but I found this bag just tasted too much of artificial butter for my liking sadly.

Nerds Raspberry Framboise & Tropical Punch flavour

Yes Nerds! I love these and these bigger duo packs are really fun because they have a different flavour on each side; in this case it’s Raspberry Framboise and Tropical flavour, two of my faves.

Airheads Watermelon and Green Apple

Airheads are a popular chewy taffy/candy bar that comes in a huge variety of flavours. Included in this month’s box are Watermelon and Green Apple – both very fruity and sweet.

Lastly, I found some of the smaller items at the bottom of the box. There are two packets of Now and Later (these are like Chewits) in Blue Raspberry and Tropical Punch flavours, a Fun Dip in Razz Apple flavour, and a pack of Chewy Lemonhead in Tropical flavour.

Our score: 8.8/ 10

This month's Taffy Mail has an interesting selection of American treats from a variety of brands, and there's a lot of yummy sweet and fruity flavours! My personal faves were the Jalapeno Pringles, Strawberry Nut M&M's, Wild Cherry Pepsi and the Strawberry KitKat.
