Serenova Rest & Renew costs £34.20 for 30 menopause sleep sachets on subscription

Serenova is a young British brand making drink sachets for women in perimenopause, menopause and midlife. Its hero product, Rest & Renew, is a chocolate bedtime drink with magnesium, sold in packs of 30 sachets. It costs £38 as a one off purchase or £34.20 a month on subscription, which works out at £1.14 a night.

The brand made headlines in May 2026 when its range was awarded the MTick by GenM, the shopping symbol for menopause friendly products. We checked every price on Serenova’s own site on 26 October 2026.

What does Serenova sell?

The range is built around single serve sachets, each aimed at a common midlife concern:

• Rest & Renew, a low sugar chocolate sleep drink with magnesium: £38 for 30 sachets, or £34.20 on subscription.
• Balance & Boost, the all in one daily shake in raspberry, chocolate, coffee or vanilla: £82.50, or £74.25 on subscription.
• Collagen, with 10g of hydrolysed collagen peptides and vitamin C: £38 for 30 sachets.
• Focus, with creatine and folic acid: £38 for 30 sachets.
• Hydration in Pink Lemon or Citrus Punch: £19 for 15 sachets, or £17.10 on subscription.

How does the subscription work?

Subscribing saves 10% on every order, and delivery is free on subscriptions. You can skip a month or cancel at any time, according to Serenova. The brand also offers a Taste Test Promise in the first seven days if the flavour is not for you.

Who is behind Serenova?

Serenova is developed with Cambridge Nutritional Foods, a company with more than 40 years of experience in nutrition, and the products are made in the UK. The brand works with a women’s health GP, a nutritionist and a sleep coach, and it is a member of the British Menopause Society.

The MTick, created by GenM, is given to products that are independently assessed as supporting women through one or more of the 48 recognised signs of menopause. Serenova announced its certification on 13 May 2026.

Our verdict

At £1.14 a night on subscription, Rest & Renew is priced in line with other sleep drinks, and the 7 night trial pack is a sensible first step. The bigger commitment is Balance & Boost at £74.25 a month, so try the taster pack before you subscribe.
