Secret Scent Box is a UK based fragrance sample subscription box in which you’ll receive 3 x 3ml fragrance samples per month. The fragrance brands within the May 2020 box include: Armani, Marc Jacobs and Agent Provocateur, all of which I’d loved fragrances from in the past so I was hopeful that I’d like these three as well.
Armani In Love With You Freeze
I’ll start with the Armani fragrance which contains notes of cherry, peony, patchouli and white musk. I have loved pretty much every Armani fragrance I’ve tried and this one is no different. It is fresh, floral and sweet but also musky thanks to the notes of patchouli and white musk. I think it is a fragrance everyone will love!
Marc Jacobs Pear Splash
Moving onto my one of my favourite fragrance brands ever, Marc Jacobs. The fragrance contains notes of pear, bergamot, lemon zest, juniper, gin accord, freesia, musk teakwood and amber, which combine to make the most musky and masculine yet citrusy fragrance. I personally love very masculine fragrances so this is perfect for me.
Agent Provocateur
Last but not least the Agent Provocateur fragrance has notes of pure saffron oil, coriander, rose, jasmine, vetiver, magnolia oil, amber and musk. This fragrance is very close to being my favourite of the three for May but the Marc Jacobs only just wins out. The fragrance is a combination of sweet and powdery but also floral and musky, I love it!
