Nomakenolife contains 8 – 9 items of cosmetic, hair, and skincare products from both Japan and Korea, two places which are very serious about their beauty products.
They have one-, three-, six-, and 12-month subscriptions costing from $35 (around £27) for one month (longer subscriptions are cheaper). Shipping is free.
In keeping with February, this month’s theme is Valentine, I Choose You! There’s also a tiny clue to some of the contents on the front cover.
Inside the menu booklet you’ve got a comprehensive list of all the items inside. There is information about the various possible options, as well as usage instructions fun tips and tricks.
Pokemon X Lovisia Marble Lip Balm. This is the first of four items from the Pokemon/Lovisia collaboration to produce Pokemon-themed cosmetics. This one features Jigglypuff (known as Purin in Japan) and gives a simple moisturizing sheen.
Pokemon X Lovisia Stick Blush. This is one of four blush sticks that are very handy for adding a little subtle colour. This one is Mew, and is actually a pearl white highlighter, which gives a gentle shimmer. They all contain crushed pearl, and the packaging also features a fun 3D character face.
Pokemon X Lovisia Heart Pressed Powder Compact. I think this is most convenient way to carry your face powder! The Pikachu version I have here is a soft pink to combat blemishes, and there is also a green redness-reducing version and a yellow version which covers dark circles under the eyes.
Pokemon X Lovisia Heart Point Pack. The last Pokemon item is this package of 11 special moisturizing patches. They can be applied on the face or body to target problem dry areas, and they feature three cute designs.
Hello Kitty Makeup Bag. This cute bag features one of the most popular Sanrio chracters. It’s vinyl so is easy to clean, and is large enough to fit a good amount of products, but still a great size to pop into your bag on the go. The bright design means you won’t lose it easily too!
Collegen Peel Off Face Pack. I love this brand of peel off masks, and there is enough for two masks in the resealable pouch. It contains a soothing serum for moisturization, and the peel off format removes dead skin to help your skin glow.
Patch Holic Costopia Love Heart Eye Mask. These are another set of mini patches, but designed specifically for the under eye area. They are designed to be left on for 20-30 minutes for maximum effect. They also have a very cute heart shape!
Mediheal Piggymom Soaksoak Nose Pack. Another targeted patch, this is great for clearing blocked pores and blackheads on the nose. It has three separate steps, and there are detailed instructions included in the menu booklet. The whole process takes around 45 minutes, so it’s perfect if you’re having a little mini spa day.
