Christmas time is party time, and nomakenolife has put together a selection of cosmetics and skincare items to get you ready for the festivities.
The booklet tells you about all the items inside, which can be especially useful for any little tips and tricks for usage. (It’s a bit crumpled because the box was damaged in transit, though all the items were still in perfect condition.)
Pokemon Face Mask, Peach Care Butt Mask, Hydrogel Glam Lip Mask
Pokemon do a great range of themed masks, which come in different characters and are beautifully moisturising with collagen, shea butter, and hyaluronic acid. They also have a delicious scent and a cute character face!
I’ve never seen a butt mask before, but I suppose there’s a mask for every delicate area of your body so we were bound to see one sooner or later! It consists of moisturising serum and then two masks that are applied to the appropriate area.
The lip mask is one of several possibilities. I’ve seen this one before and it’s very good; it’s kind of a solid gel that you place over your mouth and it does a beautiful job of moisturising the delicate lip area, which is especially useful in the colder winter months when skin has more of a tendency to dryness.
CHOCHO’S LAB Velvet Lip Tint, CHOCHO’S LAB Switch On Eyeshadow, Lovisia Sanrio Eyeshadow Palette
Chocho’s Lab is a range by one of Korea’s most respected beauty mavens. The lip tint is semi-matte and is both long-lasting and lightweight, perfect for a day-to-night look. It’s also very good for dry lips. The eyeshadow is another smudge-proof product, in a variety of lovely subtle shades, and it’s nicely pigmented and blends very well with other products too.
The Sanrio palette features one of their popular characters – mine is Tuxedo Sam – and contains four shades, in glitter, shimmer, and matte. They’re a terrific and versatile set, whiner you want a subtle look for daytime or some extra sparkle for night.
Twisted Wonderland Hand Sanitizer, Sumikko Gurashi Hand Cream
This is a cute set from the Twisted Wonderland universe. Twisted Wonderland is a Japanese mobile game based on Disney villains characters, and is incredibly popular. The set is a bottle of sanitizer with a cute decorative silicone case that you can clip on to your bag or keychain to have it cost at hand. Very useful at this time of year when there are all those winter bugs about.
The hand cream is a lovely moisturising product with seal oil and jojoba oil. It comes in one of several different characters/scents – I’ve got Neko, which is a floral scent.
