It is time for the final LookFantastic box of the year and it is naturally the Christmas edition. The value of this months box is amazing at over £130 which is an amazing saving – the ideal beauty treat for yourself or someone else. The box design for the December box is so beautifully and festive!
Avant Pro Radiance Brightening Eye Final Tough (10ml)
Let’s start with the two skincare items in the box, beginning with an eye cream which is worth a whopping £98 for 10ml! Avant is a brand that has been included in previous boxes and I’ve loved their products so I was excited to try this one. It contains sea water and hyaluronic acid to provide long lasting moisture and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. So far, it is a lovely eye cream that I’d definitely recommend.
Medik8 Hydra Serum (10ml)
The final skincare item is a hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 serum that provides long lasting hydrating. It is also cruelty free, vegan friendly and free from artificial fragrances. It’s a lovely serum from initial use and a fantastic trial size too.
Jecca Blac Champagne Glow Drops (20ml)
As well as two skincare items, there are also a couple of makeup products in the box. The first is a very cute highlighter in the shade champagne. You can use it underneath your base for an all over glow or on the high points of the face as a specific, eye catching highlighter. The shade is so beautiful and I think it would suit many skin tones.
TheBalm Petal To The Metal Eyeshadow
The second makeup item is the most adorable mini solo eye shadow from TheBalm – a brand I love! I adore the packaging and the shade I received (shift into overdrive – I think?) is a gorgeous glittery bronze shade that looks subtle but beautiful on the eyes.
Brushworks Double-Ended Brush
The penultimate item within my December box is a double ended eyeshadow and liner brush from Brushworks. I’ve tried their brushes previously and liked them so I’m happy to add another to my collection, especially as this one would be great for travelling. The bristles are very smooth and I love the multi-use nature of the brush.
Percy and Reed Hairspray
The final item (although you could have received the Sukin play clay facial masque instead) is a hairspray from a fantastic haircare brand, Percy and Reed. I love their wonderbalm and I’m always interested in trying more of their products. I don’t typically use hairspray, unless I need my curls or waves to last, but most are quite disappointing; however I have high hopes for this one!
