Then comes the fun part – getting to choose all of your beauty products! Latest In Beauty have hundreds of products available on their website and you can select items from a range of beauty categories including Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, Bath & Body, Fragrance, Nails, Unisex, Natural & Organic Beauty and Accessories.

The products available change on a regular basis, but you can currently pick up items from OPI, Philosophy, Philip Kingsley, Lancaster, Elizabeth Arden, Cowshed, Omorovicza, La Roche Posay, Bourjois, REN, Weleda and Burt’s Bees to name but a few.

I was kindly given the opportunity to build my own box with Latest In Beauty and I had a lot of fun choosing the products as I was absolutely spoilt for choice! After some umming and ahhing, I finally chose the following nine products for my Beauty Guru box.

Nugg Revitalizing Face Mask (10ml – 1 mask)

The first item that I added to the box was one of the Nugg Face Masks. I’ve used a couple of these in the past and loved them, but I hadn’t used this Revitalising one before. They come in single use pots which are really handy for holidays, so I’m looking forward to trying it out.

OSKIA Renaissance Mask (12ml travel size)

This face mask is seriously incredible! I love anything from OSKIA so I was thrilled to see some travel sizes available on Latest In Beauty. Their Renaissance Mask is one of the brand’s best sellers and it’s amazing for brightening up a dull complexion as it has lots of Fruit Enzymes and Lactic Acid in the formula. A must-try!

Korres Body Milk in Bergamot Pear (40ml travel size)

Korres are another favourite brand of mine and this Body Milk in Bergamot Pear is a lovely body moisturiser for the Summer months. It has a light, but nourishing texture and it smells wonderfully fresh and uplifting.

Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask (1 sheet mask)

I’m a little obsessed with sheet masks and these Hydraluron ones are really great for dry or dehydrated skin as they are packed full of Hyaluronic Acid to deeply hydrate and plump up the skin. They only take 15 minutes to use and my skin felt so lovely and soft afterwards!

Burt’s Bees Lip Crayons in Sedona Sands and Niagara Overlook (full sizes)

When I first spotted these in the Makeup category, I knew I had to have at least one of them as I already have one in my handbag that I use all the time. There were several different shades to choose from and in the end I couldn’t just decide on one and picked two instead! I chose Sedona Sands, a pretty everyday nude, and Niagara Overlook, a gorgeous pinky coral. These are really easy to use and leave a moisturising wash of colour on the lips.

Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask (15ml travel size)

This is one of the best face masks out there for congested skin and it really does clear clogged pores and draw out any impurities like no-one’s business! I like using this as part of the multi-masking trend, where I’ll apply it to just my troublesome T-Zone area. Brilliant stuff!

GP Enhance Me Supplements (3 Day Taster Pack)

I was pleased to see some supplements on the site, as what you put into your body is more important than what you apply on top of it, so I decided to give these ones a go. This taster pack features ‘My Drink’ and My Caps’ supplements for beautiful skin, hair and nails and there’s enough for 3 days, so perfect to try over a long weekend away.

The Mindfulness Colouring Diary by Emma Farrons

As well as beauty products, there are also some great accessories and well-being products available and I just had to have this beautiful Mindfulness Colouring Diary. This diary features illustrations that you can colour in every day and there’s plenty of space to add notes and thoughts throughout. I think I’ll be saving this for next year!

NEOM Daily Energy Boosting Burst Capsule (sample)

At the bottom of the box, I found a great little freebie that Latest In Beauty had added to my order. This is one of NEOM’s Daily Energy Boosting Burst Capsules, which is filled with an uplifting and energising blend of essential oils, to give you a little boost whenever you need it.

Our score: 9.8/ 10

Latest In Beauty's Build Your Own Beauty Box is a fantastic idea for beauty junkies everywhere and the choice of products available is incredible! This box offers excellent value for money and I received the order within just two days via Royal Mail - I love it!
