Graze – October 2017

Graze are one of the most well known and popular food subscription services in the UK, and the sheer variety of healthy snacks that they now offer is incredible. There are over 100 different snacks to try which includes nuts, seeds, flapjacks, olives, dippers, dried fruits and even miniature cakes – there’s something for everyone!

When you sign up to Graze, you’re presented with lots of options so that you can tailor your box to your own tastes and preferences, for example, you can add snacks that you know you’ll like to a ‘love and send it soon’ list and others to a ‘try’ list, as well as a ‘dislike’ list for any certain foods or ingredients that you don’t want. This enables Graze to personalise each box, so you’ll always get something that you’ll like or are keen to try out. You can also choose to tailor it further by opting for a ‘light’ box (low calories) or a ‘protein’ box (high in protein) for example, with many more choices available.

You can have your Graze box delivered to your home or a work address, and you can choose to have it sent weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with the option to order one-off boxes and multipacks of snacks in addition to your subscription. The boxes are designed to fit through your letterbox and you’ll receive four snacks per box.

Here’s what I received in my October box :

Honeycomb Crunch

Whilst the snacks from Graze are predominantly healthy, they do include some cheeky chocolate in some of the mixes. This Honeycomb Crunch punnet contains Almonds, Raisins and small pieces of Milk Chocolate covered Honeycomb pieces, for a sweet and crunchy combination. Delicious!

Louisiana Wild Rice & Beans

To keep things interesting for their subscribers (especially those who may order their boxes on a weekly basis), Graze are constantly coming up with new snack ideas and Louisiana Wild Rice & Beans is one of their latest additions. This punnet has a mix of Wild Rice Sticks and Chili Broad Beans which were so moreish! Under 150 calories and contains 5g of protein too.

Moroccan Harissa Pitted Beldi Olives

I love olives and was so happy to see that Graze has a range of them available. These Moroccan ones were so good! They were pitted and marinaded in a slightly spicy harissa, which had a lovely kick and flavour to it. The perfect addition to your lunch, or as a healthy afternoon snack.

Lovely Lemon & Poppy Slice with Afternoon Infusion

For a more indulgent snack to really treat yourself, Graze have an enticing selection of miniature cake squares which come complete with a tea bag for a spot of afternoon tea! I was sent the Lemon & Poppy Slice which was beyond delicious (really nice and soft, plus it was only 94 calories), and an Afternoon Infusion tea blend of Assam and Kenyan Tea Leaves – perfect.

Our score: 9.6/ 10

If you love the idea of receiving delicious, healthy snacks through the post, Graze is for you. I thoroughly enjoyed each snack in my box and love the variety on offer.
