Glossybox – March 2019: The Empowerment Edition

This month’s Glossybox has a special ‘Empowerment’ theme and inside your box, you’ll discover an edit of five makeup, skincare and haircare products that have been created by innovative and go-getting entrepreneurs. Each of the brands included has an empowering story behind them to inspire you all to dream big and become the best version of you – how awesome does that sound?!

Curious to find out more? Here’s what’s inside March’s Glossybox:-

Laritzy Cosmetics Dew Pot in Utopia (RRP £15.30)

First up, I picked up this gorgeous cream highlighter from Laritzy Cosmetics. Born out of a desire for more, Laritzy is a cruelty-free and vegan-friendly brand that gives consumers more options, more transparency and more positivity. Their bestselling Dew Pot in the shade Utopia is super easy to apply so you can get your glow on in just a few seconds!

Essence Glow To Go Illuminating Setting Spray (RRP £3.30)

Essence is a hugely popular budget-friendly makeup company which was founded over 17 years ago by Christina, a fearless entrepreneurial woman who wanted to create a fun, great quality and affordable beauty brand with a difference. I think it’s safe to say that she succeeded in this goal! This Glow To Go Illuminating Setting Spray is perfect for handbags and nights out, as it stops your makeup from smudging and gives your complexion a radiant finish.

Toni & Guy Illuminating Hair Perfume (travel size, full size retails for £7.99)

Another illuminating product, but this time one that’s for your hair, this Hair Perfume from Toni & Guy adds a unique zesty and citrusy scent to your tresses to keep them smelling fresh and beautiful all day long. Set up by two brothers back in 1963 with just a single hair salon in London, Toni & Guy is now one of the beauty world’s biggest selling global haircare companies.

Bellapierre Kiss Proof Lip Creme in Muddy Rose (RRP £20)

Worth £20 on its own, this full-size liquid lipstick from Bellapierre gives a full coverage, matte finish for a long-lasting, on-trend pout. Starting as a modest mineral-based makeup company, Bellapierre has since evolved into a global brand with regular new product launches. There are a variety of shades available this month and I was pleased to receive this beautiful Muddy Rose colour which is the perfect shade for everyday wear.

BYBI Plumper Lip Balm (RRP £9)

BYBI are a 100% natural, vegan and cruelty-free brand that was founded by two determined best friends. Their commitment to their ethics has paid off and they are proud to use 100% biodegradable and recyclable, eco-friendly packaging which is made from sugarcane, for all of their products, including this Plumper Lip Balm! The balm not only enhances lips, but keeps them soft and smooth at the same time.

Empowerment Sweatshirts!

Keep an eye out on the Glossybox website where they will soon be selling a range of sweatshirts with empowerment slogans!
