Degustabox – February 2022: Home Comforts

Themed Home Comforts, this month’s Degustabox offers indulgent treats for all the family to enjoy and there are some cooking essentials as well to add extra flavour to your home cooked meals.

Here’s what’s inside February’s box:-

Bounce Choc Brownie (RRP £1.99)

Brand new from Bounce, these Choc Brownie high protein balls are filled with nit butter and are coated in chocolate for a real treat that still feels healthy to eat!

Tilda Katsu Curry Rice (£1.59)

Also new is this Limited Edition Katsu Curry Rice from Tilda. Flavoured with mild aromatic spices, carrot, onion and coconut cream, it adds a tasty modern twist to Tilda’s famous Jasmine rice and is gluten-free too.

Tea India Masala Chai (RRP £2.50)

I’m a huge fan of chai tea so I was really pleased to find this box of Masala Chai from Tea India in this month’s box. A delicious rich and warming blend of black tea, cinnamon, cloves and anise is just what is needed in this awful storm weather right now!

Belvita Soft Bakes Choc Chips (RRP £2.79)

Add a little comforting indulgence to your morning with one of these Belvita Soft Bakes which are studded with milk chocolate chips. Made with wholegrain cereals and added minerals, they give you energy for those busy mornings.

Pizza Express House Light Dressing (£0.50 per sachet)

Next up, I found two sachets of Pizza Express House Light Dressing to try out. These are great for drizzling over salads for a flavour boost and contain 30% less fat than the brand’s regular dressing.

McVitie’s Blissfuls Belgian Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut (RRP £2.59)

This month’s featured product comes from McVitie’s and these biscuits are called ‘Blissfuls’. Inside each one is a smooth and creamy filling sandwiched between crunchy biscuit layers. Perfect for snacks and dunking.

Mikado Milk Chocolate (RRP £1.50)

The classic Milk Chocolate Mikado are ultra thin biscuits which are dipped in smooth milk chocolate. Super satisfying to eat and a popular snack across Japan.

Urban Fruit Wellness Strength (RRP £2.85)

For something healthy to nibble on, you can’t go wrong with these bite-sized pieces from Urban Fruit. Each mini square is a blend of tropical fruits with nothing else added so you only get the goodness!

Mighty Chocolate Shake (RRP £1.60)

A rich and creamy plant-based, dairy-free milkshake alternative, these Mighty Shakes pack a punch into your morning with 11g of plant protein in each serving. They are also delicious and have 40% less sugar than other chocolate shakes.

Knorr Vegetable Stock Cubes (RRP £1.45)

Stock cubes are an essential for any household cupboard and I use them often in my home cooked meals. These veggie cubes are gluten-free and have been carefully blended to complement the natural flavours of your veggies.

KitKat White Bars (RRP £1.99)

Enjoy a sweet break with KitKat White – the same two fingers of crispy wafer biscuit, but with a layer of smooth white chocolate coating instead! These are very moreish and each serving is only 106 calories.
