As the name suggests, the Natural Wellness Box is all about promoting wellness from the inside out and it’s a must-try for anyone who wants to live a healthier life, as well as those who are looking for a subscription box that only contains the very best natural beauty and wellness products.
Released on a bi-monthly basis, you’ll receive a box full of interesting products which can include things like natural skincare, healthy drinks and snacks, supplements, superfoods and more. To give you a good idea of what to expect, I have this month’s Natural Wellness Box to share with you all today and it’s themed around products that help to balance the mind, body and skin.
Here’s what I found inside:-
Celtic Herbal Calm Lavender Candle (RRP £5.50)
Made from 100% natural soy wax for a clean and non-toxic burn, this candle from the independent Welsh company, Celtic Herbal, is infused with pure Lavender Essential Oil. Lavender has long been used as a natural way to de-stress and relax the mind, so this is a brilliant candle to light when you want to enjoy some peace and quiet, and it smells beautiful.
Aduna Relaxing Cinnamon Spiced Cacao Tea (2 teabags – full-size box is £4.99)
I’m a huge fan of tea and love trying out new flavours, so I was pleased to see these two newbies from the health food brand, Aduna. This tea is described as a warming embrace of chocolatey Cacao, spiced with gently crushed Cinnamon and Cardamon, and I think this sums it up perfectly! It’s absolutely delicious and I would happily buy a full-size box of it.
Squirrel Sisters Coconut Cashew Raw Energy Bar (RRP £1.60)
Squirrel Sisters are an amazing brand who specialises in healthy snacks and I’ve tried a couple of their Raw Energy Bars in the past, all of which are really tasty! This Coconut Cashew flavour is no exception and is also gluten-free, dairy-free and contains no added sugar. You get two small raw, cold-pressed bars in each pack and this flavour has won a Great Taste Award which goes to show how delicious it is!
Potion London Eat Your Greens Supplements (60 capsules, RRP £24)
I try to eat a relatively healthy diet, but I always take supplements to make sure that I’m getting everything that my body needs, and they are a great way to top up your health levels. This vegan-friendly food supplement from Potion London is called Eat Your Greens and features a blend of beauty-boosting, anti-viral, anti-ageing and antioxidant superfoods such as Spirulina, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Spinach, Kale and Beetroot, to give you a real boost.
Skin & Tonic Calm Balm (RRP £15)
I was happy to see some natural skincare included in this month’s box and this jar of Calm Balm from Skin & Tonic is a brilliant multi-purpose product. It’s made from an all-natural base blend of natural butters and oils such as Shea Butter and Calendula, and it can be used to give any dry bits on your face and body some extra TLC. You can also apply a little to your wrists and temples and breathe in the calming fragrance to help you to relax – ideal for Yoga and meditation sessions.
Juno Skincare Espirit Bath & Body Oil (RRP £25)
Next up, I found a lovely glass bottle of Bath & Body Oil from the luxury natural skincare brand, Juno. This smells incredible thanks to a composition of cold-pressed oils such as Almond, Frankincense, Geranium, Patchouli, Rose and Neroli. A proper pampering treat that feels amazing on the skin.
Chobs Rice Bran Face Mask
At the bottom of the box, I discovered an extra bonus item from Chobs and this is one of their natural Sheet Masks. Featuring a super soft natural tencel material, this mask contains Organic Rice Bran Extract to hydrate and soothe tired skin.
