Mask Time – January 2020: Glow Setter

Mask Time is a skincare subscription box for fans of sheet masks and you’ll receive a selection of authentic Korean beauty masks delivered straight to your door every month. January’s Mask Time Glow Setter box is themed around loving your skin, detoxifying and revitalising it, so here’s what’s inside:-

S+ Miracle Korean Traditional Recipe Mask For Moisturising (RRP £3)

This mask is based on a traditional recipe which is found in the Dongui Bogam, a historical medical journal which was compiled by a Royal physician.  The mask features extracts of Safflower, Cinnamon Bark and Ginseng, to provide health benefits for the skin, leaving it looking better than before!

Frienvita Aqua Peeling Filtering Mask (RRP £3.50)

Next, we have a mask from Frienvita and this one helps to block out the bad and harmful environmental factors in our atmosphere and filter in the good. The mask is rich in essence that includes Vitamin H to help soften the skin and leaves it looking glowy, and Centella Asiatica which helps to strengthen the skin barrier and heal any damage.

Labotica True Nature Green Tea Pore Clearing Mask (RRP £3)

If your skin is feeling blocked and congested, this is the mask for you to try! It contains Green Tea which is packed full of antioxidants to fight premature skin ageing, and there’s also Chamomile to help eliminate acne scars and breakouts, so that your skin looks brighter and clearer.

Round Lab Apple Peeling Mask (RRP £3)

Next, we have a mask from Round Lab which has been specially formulated to exfoliate and gently revitalise and soften the skin. It uses Apple Fruit acids to even out skin texture, and fruit enzymes that gently exfoliate and remove dull dead skin cells. Niacinamide is also included to improve overall skin tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The Saem Natural Gold Kiwi Mask Sheet (RRP £3)

This ultra-hydrating and replenishing mask from The Saem is infused with nutritious Gold Kiwi extracts that promote a smooth and even skin texture. It’s high in Vitamin C so it has a brilliant brightening effect for the complexion, plus there’s Licorice Root extract to calm any irritations of sensitive skin.

SNP Fruits Gelato Moisture Mask Coconut (RRP £3.50)

Skin can feel dry during Winter but help is on hand with this moisturising mask. Rich in Coconut Milk, Willow Bark and Aloe Vera, it will help to improve elasticity, exfoliate the skin, hydrate it from deep down and soothe away any redness or irritations.

Lyajin Yun Mask Hydrating (RRP £4.50)

The last mask is a luxury one and is another good choice for those who have dry or dehydrated skin types. Key ingredients include Peppermint Leaf to reduce any puffiness or inflammation, Lavender to soothe the skin and remove any impurities, and Sage Leaf to eliminate toxins, soothe dryness and reduce the appearance of blemishes and acne scars.
