I Love Gin is a monthly subscription box for gin lovers all over the UK. As a subscriber, you’ll receive a specially themed and curated selection of artisan gins and premium mixers/tonics to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. It’s a great way to discover something new and there’s enough to make four G&Ts in each box.
This month’s box is themed The Coastal Colours so let’s check out what’s inside!
Tobermory Gin (50ml, 43.3% vol)
Established in 1798, Tobermory is the only whisky distillery on the Isle of Mull and luckily for the residents of this Hebridean island, it decided to turn its hand to produce gin for the first time last year – yay! Inspired by the beautiful nature of the island, Tobermory Gin is distilled in small batches and uses hand-selected botanicals, some of which are foraged across the Isle of Mull. Bursting with fresh Juniper, balanced with Sweet Orange and Lemon, this gin also has delicate hints of Coriander, Tea and Heather for a truly unique flavour.
Tarquin’s Blackberry Gin (50ml, 38% vol)
First made at the southwestern distillery in Cornwall by a self-taught Tarquin himself, Tarquin Gin is made using traditional methods such as small copper pot still sealed with bread dough, and there’s no machinery or computers to help the process along. This smaller limited edition batch is blended with delicious Blackberries, Frangipani and Candied Lemon Sherbert flavours for a sweet summer pudding vibe – perfect for the warmer weather!
Franklin & Sons Ltd Original Ginger Ale (200ml)
Made with high-quality natural ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or extracts, this Orginal Ginger Ale from Franklin & Sons is a refreshing blend of natural Ginger flavours which further adds a clean and light flavour to any type of Gin.
Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic Water (200ml)
The 1783 range is Schweppe’s move into the premium tonics market and you can certainly taste the difference. This Light Tonic Water is perfect paired with any of the gins in this month’s box for a lighter G&T.
