Starting with a main meal 3-4 hours before your match, Fixture provides an individual carbohydrate and protein based meal designed for you, based on some basic athletic data you provide. Following this, the box provides additional nutrition to prepare for the game. This includes hydration, caffeine, gel and additional carbohydrate bar. Boxes are delivered each week and arrive before Saturday, the standard subscription price is £45 a month which is approximately £10 a box. Delivery included.
