Graze is a subscription box that doesn’t need much of an introduction as it’s hugely popular and has been one of the longest standing boxes in the UK market. However, if you are new to the wonders of Graze, here’s a quick rundown of what they have to offer:-
- Massive range of individually portioned healthy snacks including high protein, low fat and everything in between.
- Fully customisable subscriptions – you can choose how often you want a box to be delivered, on what day you want it to arrive, and you can ‘bin’ certain ingredients that you don’t like.
Each Graze box is a surprise selection based on your personal profile which you fill in when you sign up online. It’s very easy and straightforward to do, and ensures that you won’t receive any ingredients that you don’t like. Graze boxes are delivered via a letterbox friendly box so you don’t need to be at home to sign for them, and you can have them delivered to your home or workplace, whichever you prefer.
I received my April Graze box at the end of last week and have been enjoying munching my way through these yummy snacks! Here’s what I found inside:-
Graze do a fantastic range of flapjacks and this Honeycomb one has an interesting combination of Honeycomb and Chocolate for a sweet and filling snack that keeps you going until lunchtime. The rustic rolled oats used are really good quality too and provide a source of fibre.
Cocoa and Vanilla Protein Flapjack
I was surprised to see another flapjack in the box as they usually only include one based on my past experience with Graze, however, this one was so delicious that I was more than happy to have it! Featuring their base blend of rustic rolled oats, these are blended with Cocoa and a range of Mixed Seeds to give you a whopping 9g of plant-based protein. Perfect as a pre or post-workout snack.
Cracking Black Pepper Nuts
Another protein-rich snack this month was this delicious mix of Cracking Black Pepper Nuts which featured a punnet of Black Pepper Cashews, Black Pepper Almonds, Roasted Cashews and Redskin Peanuts. Very tasty indeed with a good source of vitamins and minerals, as well as 10g of protein!
Jaffa Cake Flapjack
Another flapjack! Jaffa Cake had a lovely combination of Orange flavourings mixed with Chocolate, just like a regular Jaffa Cake, but a lot healthier and much more filling.
